Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on where you are. Lahore orders are often faster.
Shipping rates
Prepaid orders — Free delivery in Lahore. Standard rates apply for other cities.
COD orders — A small handling fee applies (shown at checkout).
We dispatch Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. After 2:00 PM, the next working day.
You'll get a WhatsApp message with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love your HARI board. Here's our honest policy.
Manufacturing defects
If your board arrives with a defect, crack, or damage from transit, just send us a photo on WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement — no forms, no lengthy process.
Change of mind
We're a small brand making a physical product to order. We're not able to accept returns for change of mind. If you're not sure about a size, our How It Works page has a detailed size guide — and we're on WhatsApp if you want to talk it through before ordering.
Colour and material appearance
Screens vary. The Crystal acrylic may appear slightly more blue or clear depending on your display and lighting. The Wood finish has natural variation. If you're unsure, ask us — we're happy to send close-up photos of the actual product.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, message us on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched. We'll do our best. Once dispatched, we can't recall the shipment.
